Refund Policy

At Momentis Business Design LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, data-driven consulting services that deliver measurable value. Because our work involves custom analysis, strategic planning, and dedicated professional time, our refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Relationship to Service Agreements (Precedence of Contract)

The terms outlined on this page serve as a general guideline for our services. However, if you have entered into a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) with Momentis Business Design LLC, the specific refund, cancellation, and payment terms defined in those documents shall take precedence over this policy. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and a signed professional service contract, the signed contract will govern.

2. Consulting and Project-Based Services

Our primary engagements—including The Clarity Accelerator, Targeted Transformations, and Holistic Experience Redesigns—are billed as fixed-fee projects or phased milestones.

• Initial Deposits: A 50% upfront investment is required to secure project scheduling and initiate the discovery phase. This deposit is non-refundable once the official kick-off meeting has occurred or work on the diagnostic audit has commenced.

• Completed Deliverables: Once a final deliverable—such as "The Clarity Roadmap" or a completed operational process map—has been delivered to the Client, the fees associated with that deliverable are non-refundable.

• In-Progress Work: If a project is cancelled by the Client before completion, Momentis Business Design LLC will invoice for the hours and resources expended up to the date of written cancellation notice. Any remaining portion of the pre-paid deposit that exceeds the value of work performed may be refunded at our discretion.

3. Retainer and Subscription Programs

For the Continuum Catalyst Program or ongoing strategic partnerships:

• Monthly Fees: Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

• Cancellation: Retainer services may be cancelled with thirty (30) days' written notice. Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Digital Products and Reports

Fees for standalone digital reports, templates, or automated data processing results are non-refundable once the digital files have been accessed or delivered.

5. Cancellation by Momentis Business Design LLC

In the unlikely event that we must terminate an agreement for reasons other than a breach by the Client, a prorated refund will be issued for any pre-paid services that have not yet been rendered.

6. Dispute Resolution

We strive for "Clarity and Peace of Mind" in every partnership. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a specific deliverable, please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns and revise the work to meet the scope defined in your Statement of Work.
